AR/Collector III

Hybrid role- 3 days/week

Partnered with collectors and collection supervisors to drive cash collections and reduce open Accounts Receivable balancesProactively sent customer statements and invoices to ensure timely payments and maintain accurate account statusSupported end-to-end dispute resolution processes, including:Investigating trade surcharge discrepanciesRetrieving and reviewing Proof of Delivery (POD) documentationCollaborating with commercial teams to resolve pricing issuesWorking with credit teams to address cash application discrepanciesTracked, monitored, and documented disputes to ensure timely resolution and improved collection efficiency

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Must Have's:

2+ years of finance / accounting experience (Collections or AR specific experience preferred)

Preferred:

1+ year of analytical experience (analyzing data and working through discrepancies) - ideally, 3+ years

1+ year of credit / collections experience, ideally 3+ years

SAP experience

Bachelor's or Associate's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related

This is a Contract position based out of Eagan, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr.
