Hybrid role- 3 days/week + Partnered with collectors and collection supervisors to drive cash collections and reduce open Accounts Receivable balances + Proactively sent customer statements and invoices to ensure timely payments and maintain accurate account status + Supported end-to-end dispute resolution processes, including: + Investigating trade surcharge discrepancies + Retrieving and reviewing Proof of Delivery (POD) documentation + Collaborating with commercial teams to resolve pricing issues + Working with credit teams to address cash application discrepancies + Tracked, monitored, and documented disputes to ensure timely resolution and improved collection efficiency Skills account management, collections, customer service, analysis, invoice Additional Skills & Qualifications Must Have's: 2+ years of finance / accounting experience (Collections or AR specific experience preferred) Preferred: 1+ year of analytical experience (analyzing data and working through discrepancies) - ideally, 3+ years 1+ year of credit / collections experience, ideally 3+ years SAP experience Bachelor's or Associate's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Eagan, MN.
