Responsibilities: * AR/Collections Specialist will manage A/R inbox to respond to inquiries * Correspond with customers to verify and retrieve proper contact information * Conduct research and analysis of open AR * Prepare and maintain various reports of AR to send out to regional directors * Maintain accurate aging reports * Identify and execute the necessary process of adjustments to accounts * As an AR/Collections Specialist, you will send outstanding brokerage statement to clients for payment * Perform daily follow-up with outstanding clients/sales team members * Reconcile AR to the GL
