Position Summary

As an Aquatics Swim Instructor, you will work in a fast-paced environment. You will help both adults and children improve their swimming. You will teach life skills to our youngest members and evaluate their swimming ability to establish the correct swim level. You will help to maintain the cleanliness and order of our Aquatics Facilities. 

Job Duties and Responsibilities

Instructs swimming lessons and Aquatics eventsResponds to member questions, comments, and concernsProvides a safe, clean and organized pool areaPromotes and sells all Aquatics programs and services​

Position Requirements

Working towards a High School Diploma or GEDCPR, First Aid and Lifeguard Certifications (within 60 days of hire)Complete and pass all Life Time courses when hiredAbility to work in a stationery position and move about the club for prolonged periods of timeAbility to communicate and exchange information with guests who have inquiries about Life Time products and services Ability to swim 25 yards/meters without stoppingAbility to routinely raise to lift more than 20 lbs

PayThis is an hourly position with wages starting at $18.50 and pays up to $22.00, based on experience and qualifications.
