What We’re Looking For:
We’re searching for a skilled leader who can balance safety, fun, and operational excellence in our aquatic spaces. Someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, can manage a talented team, and takes pride in creating programs that make a splash in our community.

What You’ll Be Doing:
As our Aquatics Supervisor, you’ll keep the pool deck running smoothly while also diving into the details behind the scenes. Here’s what your days could look like:

Supervise daily operations for all aquatic programs, including lifeguards, swim instructors, and facility safety

Lead hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management for aquatic staff

Oversee swim lesson programming, water fitness classes, and special aquatic events

Ensure compliance with safety regulations, health codes, and lifeguard protocols

Maintain pool cleanliness, chemical balance, and operational standards (with support from facilities staff)

Serve as the go-to person for member concerns, incident reports, and safety drills

Track budgets, approve purchases, and manage inventory for aquatics supplies and equipment

Coordinate marketing and communication for aquatics programs with other departments

Promote membership growth and retention through creative, engaging aquatic offerings

Key Qualifications:

Minimum of two (2) years’ aquatic swim instructor and lifeguard experience

One (1) year of leadership/supervisory experience required

Current nationally recognized Swim Instructor certification

Advanced Lifesaving/First Aid Certification and CPR certification (or ability to obtain within 60 days of hire)

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills—both with your team and with members

Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Shift:

Day Shift - 8 Hours (United States of America)

Schedule: 40 hours/ week, Typically M-F 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Logan Health operates 24 hours per day, seven days per week.  Schedules are set to accommodate the requirements of the position and the needs of the organization and may be adjusted as needed.
