Job Summary This position supports the Army Prepositioned Stocks – 4 Program located in Camp Carroll, Korea. The Supply Technician, Graphic Asset Representation (GAR) will comply with all applicable safety and environmental regulations, local safety policies, and KBR’s Zero Harm program. Supply Technician, GAR is responsible for maintaining and continually updating warehouse parking plans and asset tracking using graphic representations of all Class VII rolling stocks; ensures vehicle serial numbers in the Equipment List are populated into the GCSS‐Army GAR by type of vehicle and UIC for issue process; configures GAR to reflect the actual parking layout of vehicles in warehouses and open storage areas; conducts sample surveys of Class VII storage locations using handheld PDA scanning devices (when available) to validate GCSS-Army data against physical inventory; provides planning information to the U.S. Government that it accurately displays the storage location and configuration of APS assets through scale drawings of the storage site and scaled templates of the representative equipment; Roles and Responsibilities + Has sufficient knowledge of the GCSS-Army, and needs to have a good understanding of how to use LIW to be able to get the proper information required for the job. + Ability to work from technical manuals, work instructions, and work orders. + Ability to comply with all established methods, quality standards, and time schedules applicable to this position. + Sample size will be 10 to 20 pieces of equipment from each Class VII area or section at each storage location weekly. Basic Qualifications (Required Education, Experience, Skills, and Certifications) + Must be a U.S. Citizen with a valid U.S. Passport. + Ability to provide documentation to qualify as US EXPAT Invited Contractor Status and SOFA Visa IAW USFK 700-19 Regulation. + Favorable adjudication of an NACI background check. + High School/GED plus five years of work experience in supply chain management, logistics, or warehouse operations. + Possess a valid State Motor Vehicle Operator License. + Proficient in GCSS-Army and Microsoft Office Suites. + Ability to interpret and create graphic representations and scale drawings. + Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. + Must be able to work in a non‐temperature controlled environment, heat and humidity. + Ability to lift 50 pounds to waist level and 35 pounds to shoulder height. + Must pass initial and periodic medical screenings.
