Kforce has a client that is seeking a Apptio System Analyst in Grand Rapids, MI. Candidates should be proficient with Apptio specifically, and should be comfortable working both with finance processes and terms as well as IT. Duties: * Assist with the Investigation and troubleshooting of output variances and technical issues within the Apptio platform * Collaborate with TBMO team to resolve technical challenges * Provide timely and effective data uploads * Collaborate with TBMO team to design and develop new solutions within the Apptio platform * Customize and configure Apptio modules to meet specific business requirements * Continuously assess and optimize existing solutions within the Apptio platform * Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation * Work with an IT technical product owner to define requirements for integration between Apptio and other platforms
