Apps Developer Technology Sr Lead Analyst – Senior Vice President
We are seeking an experienced and technically proficient Senior Technical Specialist at the Senior Vice President (SVP) level to lead the technical evolution of our proprietary, in-house Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform. This CRM is a mission-critical application with capabilities on par with industry leaders with stunning user experience and robust analytics. This is a key leadership role where you will not only be hands-on technical expert but also a strategic leader. You will be responsible for defining the technical roadmap, mentoring a high-performing engineering team, and spearheading the integration of modern technologies, including Data Science, AI, and Machine Learning, to drive innovation and enhance application capabilities. **Key Responsibilities** **Technical Leadership & Strategy** : Define, own, and drive the technical vision and architecture for the CRM platform. Lead the design and implementation of new features for the CRM platform. Lead the design and implementation of new features, ensuring scalability, performance, and security. **Hands-on Development** : Function as a player-coach, contributing directly to the codebase. This includes performing frequent, in-depth code reviews and maintaining a high standard of code quality. **Team Management & Mentorship** : Manage, mentor, and grow a team of talented software engineers. Foster a culture of technical excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement. **Cross-Functional Collaboration** : Partner with product managers, business stakeholders. And other engineering teams align technical solutions with business goals. **Innovation & Modernization** : Identify and integrate cutting-edge technologies, particularly in the fields of Data Science, AI, and ML, to enhance the CRM’s capabilities and user value. **Operational Excellence** : Oversee system performance, reliability, and technical support.
