The Applications Development Technology Lead Analyst is a senior level position responsible for establishing and implementing new or revised application systems and programs in coordination with the Technology team. The overall objective of this role is to lead applications systems analysis and programming activities. Engineer is a hands-on team lead level position responsible for end-to-end delivery of a particular module or application. **Mandatory Technical / Functional Skills :** Hands on experience in designing and developing applications using Java EE tech stack with spring boot and similar framework Extensive knowledge and Hands-on experience in using Restful web services Object oriented analysis and design using common design patterns. Profound insight of Java and JEE internals (Class loading, Memory Management, Transaction management etc.) Excellent knowledge of Relational Databases, SQL and ORM technologies (JPA2, Hibernate) Very good communication skills Problem-solving attitude and good critical thinking. Ability to establish priorities.
