Labcorp is seeking an Applications Administrator I to join our team in Bangalore, Karnataka, working in an office-based hybrid model.

This role follows a standard business schedule with flexibility to support global teams. evening/Night or weekend support may be required based on business or system needs.
Job Responsibilities
Provide application administration and technical support for assigned computer applications used by Early Development teamsAct as a subject matter expert (SME) for supported applications and assist end users with troubleshooting and issue resolutionCoordinate and lead resolution of technical and business process issues related to applicationsManage user access, including account setup, modification, periodic reviews, and removalsSupport application validation activities, including testing, documentation, and compliance with GLP/GxP requirementsCreate, maintain, and archive application documentation such as SOPs, user manuals, and validation recordsCoordinate application releases, upgrades, and changes, including change control and release-to-production activitiesWork closely with Business Technology, IT teams, and application vendors to ensure smooth application performanceAssist with application configuration, system testing, and deployment across business unitsProvide support for audits and ensure timely closure of audit findingsParticipate in global and regional initiatives related to application support and process improvement.Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience4–8 years of relevant experience in application administration, system support, or a related technical roleHands-on experience supporting Watson (LIMS / ELN / application platforms) in a regulated environmentStrong understanding of laboratory operations and life sciences business processesWorking knowledge of GxP regulations and regulatory agency guidelinesExperience with application validation, user testing, change control, and documentationProficiency with computer applications and systems Strong problem‑solving, organizational, and communication skillsAbility to work independently and collaborate effectively with global, cross‑functional teamsImmediate joiners or candidates with short notice periods are preferredLabcorp is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer:
