Our program follows a work-based approach to learning, you’ll gain a real-world understanding of Stanbic Bank, as you’re guided and supported to achieve the goals you’ve set yourself. The program integrates practical, theory, structured work experience as well as access to various learning opportunities.

You should be comfortable in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment and should easily display innovative and analytical problem solving skills with an unrelenting passion for excellence. 

As an apprentice, you will:

Gain practical work experience across our core business units.Support teams on real business projects and day-to-day operations.Participate in structured training sessions designed to build technical and professional skills.Work under the guidance of experienced mentors and managers.Learn about Stanbic’s culture, values, and customer-first approach.Contribute innovative ideas that can create real impact within the bank.
