Vos missions seront les suivantes : - De manière générale, vous serez l’interface entre nos fournisseurs et les services internes du site (production, magasin, planning, ADV) : Suivi quotidien des besoins, des commandes et des réceptions de matières premières - Vous participerez à la réalisation d’analyses et de reportings sur les approvisionnements de matières suivant les besoins du groupe ou les besoins internes au site - Vous devrez être proactif(ve) sur le traitement des commandes non confirmées, ou dont la date de livraison ne convient pas, et sur le signalement des anomalies - En parallèle, vous serez chargé de mettre à jour un ensemble de modes opératoires/procédures concernant le poste même d’approvisionneur matières premières. Dans le cadre de cette mission, vous serez amené(e) à développer des contacts privilégiés avec de multiples interlocuteurs internes (Customer Service, Supply Chain, Production…) et externes (fabricants, fournisseurs), en France et à l’étranger.
