With over 300 employees in Paris, the Business Services Team plays an essential role in supporting BCG’s operations. Across our various support functions, our BCGers work closely and collaboratively with consulting teams on a daily basis.
What You'll Do
Within the International Campus Recruiting team, the Campus team aims to enhance BCG’s attractiveness and visibility among future talent on the campuses of INSEAD (MBA & MiM) and HEC (MBA).
Reporting to the Head of the team, you will support her and the wider team in project management, event organization, and operational follow-up involving multiple stakeholders (BCG offices, students, career services, alumni, internal and external vendors).
Your responsibilities will include:
Preparing and participating in marketing and recruiting events for international MBA and/or MiM students: cocktails, coffee chats, presentations, dinners, student club events, etc. Contributing to project planning and management (needs assessment, objectives definition, action plan development, stakeholder engagement, timeline management, monitoring and control, rollout, and project closure) Measuring the effectiveness of recruitment campaigns through surveys and stakeholder interviews Representing the BCG brand at all stages of communication with students Assisting in the design and implementation of e-marketing campaigns and promotional materials Using BCG platforms to create and manage events Supporting coordination across the BCG office network Supporting MBA BCGers community engagement Liaising with external vendors (taxis, restaurants, venues in Paris) Conducting general analyses related to recruiting activities Managing merchandising inventory Monitoring the competitive landscapeThe role may require occasional travel to support various recruiting activities.
Throughout your apprenticeship, you will be supported by your manager to develop your skills and build strong foundations in the role. Depending on your level of autonomy and initiative, you may have the opportunity to go beyond the scope of your initial responsibilities and contribute to new projects
What You'll Bring
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Bac +3/+4) with a specialization in HR, Marketing, or Event Management Ideally, previous experience in an international and multicultural environment Experience or strong interest in event management, project management, or recruiting operations Excellent command of English (spoken and written) and fluency in French Proficient in social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) and comfortable using Microsoft Office Well-organized, able to work independently and manage multiple topics simultaneously Initial successful experience in project management Strong organizational skills Excellent interpersonal skills Detail-oriented and rigorous High degree of flexibility and adaptabilityYou will be supervised by your manager and mentored daily by your team, with the opportunity to progressively develop your skills. Throughout your time at BCG, you will benefit from HR support and training programs tailored to interns and apprentices.
