Join our global team to grow your expertise and develop innovative solutions that enable a prosperous and more sustainable society.** **Your main tasks and responsibilities:** + Assisting service and repair, installation and maintenance of pumps, mixers and other associated equipment for all Sulzer customers within Australia and New Zealand. + Attends designated work sites to help carry out maintenance and inspection of equipment at waste water pump stations, treatment works, clean water distribution networks and desalination plants etc + Assists with collection and delivery of all repaired pumps and pumping equipment to and from the Customers site to the local Service Centres + Works in conjunction with the sales team to help maximize pump sales + Attending all theory sections of the apprenticeship and complete E-Profiling. + General house-keeping duties. + Travel to Sulzer's Service Centre in Laverton as require to complete any practical training as required. + Report to Mentors. **To succeed in this role, you will need:** + Work experience or expressed interest in mechanical rotating equipment, particularly pumps + Valid drivers license + Attention to detail + High level of communication skills. + Good level of time management. + Completion of Secondary School – Year 10/11/12. **What we offer you:** + Opprtunity to work for a 190+ year old global company. + Long term career opportunities with the opportunity to develop further beyond your apprenticeship + On-site parking. + Above award wages. + Excellent workplace culture No visa or work permit support can be provided for this role **Do you have a question about the role?** **Sulzer is an equal opportunity employer.
