Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) Apprentice to join our Project Management team. This position offers a structured learning pathway for individuals looking to build a career in building services engineering while gaining hands-on experience under the guidance of experienced professionals.

Key ResponsibilitiesAssist senior MEP technicians and engineers with installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systemsLearn to perform preventative maintenance on HVAC systems, electrical systems, and plumbing infrastructureHelp troubleshoot and resolve MEP-related issues in commercial buildingsMaintain accurate documentation of work performed and parts usedFollow all safety protocols and proceduresAttend required technical training courses and complete related courseworkParticipate in team meetings and contribute to process improvementsRequirementsBasic understanding of mechanical and electrical systemsStrong mathematical aptitude and problem-solving skillsWillingness to learn and develop technical expertiseGood communication skills and attention to detailAbility to work in various environments and conditionsPreferred QualificationsEnrollment in or completion of a technical school program related to HVAC, electrical, or plumbingBasic knowledge of building management systemsFamiliarity with hand and power toolsUnderstanding of building codes and regulationsWhat We OfferStructured apprenticeship program with clear progression pathCombination of on-the-job training and formal educationOpportunity to work on diverse properties across various sectorsMentorship from industry expertsPotential for advancement within JLL upon successful completion of apprenticeship
