Proposed Responsibilities:

You will join our HR test consulting team and contribute to various missions:

Advise clients/prospects on test selection and manage their needs/requests regarding purchases, usage, etc. (via phone, email, and in-person meetings). Support users in interpreting and delivering test results. Collaborate with psychologist consultants, the R&D team, the marketing department, and the customer relations team. You will use commercial management and follow-up tools and methods (Salesforce, marketing campaigns, trade shows, conferences, etc.). Participate in weekly HR Consulting team meetings. Attend client meetings with consultants (needs analysis, theoretical presentation of our tests, commercial negotiation, etc.).

You will receive training on all our assessment tools and gain in-depth knowledge of the evaluation and Human Resources field.

Profile Sought: Currently in the 3rd year of a Psychology program (university or school), you are curious and have a strong interest in assessment tools. You enjoy communication and teamwork. You are service-oriented and value autonomy in your daily work.
