Text "READY" to 81555 to download JobStack and get started today **Pay Rate:** _The pay rate for this job is $20 - $23 / hour*_ **What you'll be doing as an Apprentice Electrician:** + Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair 480V, 277V, 240V, and 120V electrical systems + Diagnose and repair motors, motor starters, VFDs, MCCs, transformers, breakers, and control panels + Perform lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures and verify zero-energy states + Read and interpret electrical schematics, single-line diagrams, and panel layouts. PLC & Control Systems + Troubleshoot PLC-controlled equipment (inputs/outputs, power supplies, communications) + Identify faults in control logic and work with engineering or controls personnel to resolve issues + Familiarity with platforms such as Allen-Bradley (ControlLogix, CompactLogix, PLC-5, SLC 500) or Siemens preferred + Plant Operations & Safety Support chemical processing equipment including pumps, mixers, conveyors, reactors, and packaging systems + Respond to electrical breakdowns and emergency calls during third shift + Ensure compliance with OSHA, NFPA 70E, NEC, and site-specific safety standards + Work safely in classified or hazardous areas (as applicable) + Maintain accurate maintenance records and shift reports.
