In-house strategic & business-oriented consultant-intern focused providing support to design, implement and execute multi-functional initiatives to guarantee gowth sustainability while mitigating any potential impact to the business at an early stage.
Analytic profile that can support throughout business-units connection to design and implement business cases that drive revenue growth, as well as identify and mitigate potential risks to prevent business impacts. This role will develop analytical skills to interpret complex data and a deep market understanding, to create complex strategic initiatives.
• Support Sr. Associate during the data analysis to identify trends, hot-spots, and opportunities for improvement within business units and multi-functional teams across the organization.
• Support Sr. Associate during the design, proposition & implementation processes for strong business cases, based on data analytics and market knowledge connection, to drive revenue growth and operational efficiency.
• Support Sales Ops & Strategy Mgr during sales force strategy activities (e.g. Deployment).
• Effectively communicate findings, analysis, and recommendations to key stakeholders, ensuring alignment with CMH Strategy team’s vision.
Requirements:
• Education: Currently pursuing the final 1–2 years of a degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
• Professional Experience: Not required, but desirable.
• Analytical Skills: Quantitative and analytical skills
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• English: Required (medium-high)
