Contents Cleaners will be working in their mitigation department. This is a long-term opportunity. Individuals in this role would visit a variety of properties to inspect, document, report, and estimate damage caused by water or fire. Once they inspect the site, they document their findings and report back to the lead. The candidate would be an assistant and report directly to the lead.
Candidates will clean damaged property and items, then document and pack them in boxes.
Core Responsibilities:
•\tSupport the restoration division with cleaning and restoration of property and structures damaged by water, fire, and smoke
•\tProvide customer service, content cleaning labor, packing of customer contents, site cleanup, and completion of detailed job records
•\tCompletion of content tasks based on work orders
•\tDevelop knowledge of cleaning equipment
•\tUnderstand cleaning upholstery, carpeting, and odor removal

Work Environment/ Schedule:
•\tMonday - Friday | 7:00 am to 3:30 pm
•\tUsually, the candidate will work with one other person (lead), but if it\\'s a bigger job, they could be in a team. Need to be a self-starter and go-getter
•\tThey would report at the shop in Plymouth in the morning, then get in a company vehicle (will not be driving) then head out to the job site
•\tWill get 40 hours/week and OT is available.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.00 - $22.00/hr.
