Position Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic Civil and Interior Apprentice to join our Project and Development Services team. This apprenticeship offers a unique opportunity to develop skills across both civil engineering and interior design disciplines while working on diverse commercial real estate projects under the guidance of industry professionals.

Key ResponsibilitiesAssist project managers and senior technicians with civil works and interior fit-out projectsSupport the preparation of drawings, specifications, and design documentsHelp conduct site surveys and inspections for ongoing projectsLearn to interpret architectural and engineering plansAssist with material selection, space planning, and finish schedulesSupport quality control processes and compliance with building codesDocument project progress through notes, photographs, and reportsParticipate in client and team meetings as requiredLearn project management tools and software applicationsRequirementsBasic understanding of construction principles and interior design conceptsStrong mathematical and spatial reasoning skillsProficiency with basic computer applicationsGood communication and teamwork abilitiesDetail-oriented with a commitment to qualityWillingness to work in both office and construction site environmentsPreferred QualificationsEnrollment in or completion of courses in civil engineering or construction managementBasic knowledge of CAD softwareUnderstanding of sustainable building practicesFamiliarity with construction materials and methodsWhat We OfferStructured apprenticeship program with exposure to both civil engineering and interior design disciplinesHands-on experience with diverse commercial real estate projectsMentorship from experienced professionalsClear pathway for career advancement within JLL upon successful completion of the apprenticeship
