How will you make an impact in this role?

 The Learning & Development (L&D) Apprentice will support the Finance L&D team in operational tasks, content preparation, basic reporting, and coordination for learning programs. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail‑oriented, eager to learn, and interested in the training & development space.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with Facilities, Technical Teams, Security, GRWE and vendors to arrange training rooms, set‑ups, activity kits.Support event preparation for Finance Learning & development programsSupport with template updates and power point slide creationAssist updating monthly communication templates for L&D TeamLearn about how Finance Academy does reporting utilizing MS Excel Support creation and updating of SOPs (e.g., room booking, vendor management, materials handling, process checklists). Help improve documentation for recurring L&D processes and workflows.Assist with icebreakers, energizers, and activity preparation.Support the training facilitators during sessions by ensuring smooth support for logistics and material needs.

Minimum Qualifications

Basic proficiency in MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).Good written and verbal communication skills.
