This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail‑oriented, eager to learn, and interested in the training & development space. **Key Responsibilities** + Assist with Facilities, Technical Teams, Security, GRWE and vendors to arrange training rooms, set‑ups, activity kits. + Support event preparation for Finance Learning & development programs + Support with template updates and power point slide creation + Assist updating monthly communication templates for L&D Team + Learn about how Finance Academy does reporting utilizing MS Excel + Support creation and updating of SOPs (e.g., room booking, vendor management, materials handling, process checklists). + Help improve documentation for recurring L&D processes and workflows. + Assist with icebreakers, energizers, and activity preparation. + Support the training facilitators during sessions by ensuring smooth support for logistics and material needs. **Minimum Qualifications** + Basic proficiency in MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word). + Good written and verbal communication skills. **Preferred Qualifications** + Basic proficiency in MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word). + Demonstrates innovative thinking with idea generation capability + Exhibits positive attitude, agility and willingness to learn and develop + Creative mindset for simple content design + Interest in Learning & Development, communication, or HR functions. **Qualifications** At American Express, our culture is built on a 175-year history of innovation, shared values and leadership behaviors, and an unwavering commitment to back our customers, communities and colleagues.
