How will you make an impact in this role?
American Express Global Merchant Network Services (GMNS) manages all aspects of our vitally important merchant relationships. The Business Solutions Intern will play a key role in supporting the GMNS organization that will provide support to the first Line of Defence (1LoD) and will require working closely with stakeholders across Business Unit, Control Management, Compliance, Legal and Risk to enable protection and growth for the GMNS business.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Support GMNS PMO in managing regulatory change implementation with regular status reportingSupport coordination within internal and external auditsSupport business in Control implementation by timely testing of controls and remediationWork with GMNS Control Management and Risk Advisory teams to identify the root cause and align with Control ManagementSupport Quality & Oversight stakeholders required to effectively manage cross-business initiativesPreferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in engineering (B. Tech / B.E.), BCA, B.Sc. Computer Science / Information technology.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail capabilities.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for data and reporting tasks.This is a 12 month contractual role
