How will you make an impact in this role?

Responsible for contacting clients with overdue accounts to secure the settlement of the account. Also they do preventive work to avoid future overdues with accounts that have a high exposure.

Key Responsibilities
User Acceptance Testing (UAT) – Pre & Post Activities
•    Assist in preparation of UAT test scenarios, test cases, and test data.
•    Support coordination with stakeholders for UAT planning and execution.
•    Perform pre-UAT validations to ensure test environments and data are ready.
•    Execute test cases during UAT and document results accurately.
•    Track defects, manage logs, and perform post-UAT validations after fixes.
Functional Testing & SIT Support
•    Conduct functional testing based on requirements and user stories.
•    Support System Integration Testing (SIT) by executing assigned test scripts.
•    Report defects with clear documentation and assist in defect triaging.
•    Collaborate with tech and product teams to validate fixes and enhancements.
Monitoring & Reporting
•    Support ongoing monitoring of key processes, test progress, and issue resolution.
•    Prepare daily/weekly status reports, dashboards, and documentation.
•    Maintain structured documentation for test cases, results, and project artifacts.

Minimum Qualifications

Graduation BA/B.sc/ BA LLB/any relevant field

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working on excel/PowerPoint/any projects in research
