POSITION SUMMARY
Apprentice is a fresh graduate who will be provided training on specific functions. Under the supervision of team leader, he/ she is expected to be well versed in concepts, understand the utilization of tools and applying theoretical knowledge into practice.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
v Understand the basics of Accounts Receivable Process and be clear with O2C process
v Processing of receipts as per allocation to meet daily SLA
v Process understanding through training and following detailed instructions
v Application of training knowledge through Tools and Techniques on processes
v Operational knowledge in Systems, Microsoft tools such as Excel, Word and Power Point
v Identify operational issues and notify the seniors
v Interaction across teams for issue discussions and knowledge sharing

2024-2025 Pass out with minimum 60% aggregate in Bachelor’s /Master’s Degree of Commerce or Administration or Management
