Missions :

Vous travaillerez au quotidien avec une tutrice expérimentée, qui vous accompagnera dans votre apprentissage du métier.

Administratif:

Mettre à jour chaque le fichier des effectifs et le transmettre au CSE et aux bonnes personnesSuivre les campagnes d'entretiens annuelsSuivre les documents « télétravail »Suivre les cooptationsElaborer et mettre à jour le reportingSuivre la partie intégration des nouveaux embauchés

Disciplinaire :

Réaliser les documents administratifs pour les ruptures conventionnellesRéalisation des convocationsEnvoie des lettres LRARRédiger les lettres disciplinaires/sanction sur les fautes courantesSuivre les procédures disciplinairesAccompagner la DRH sur des missions transverses en lien avec la politique RH

Profil recherché :

Vous préparez un Master à spécialité RHVous possédez une aisance relationnelle ainsi qu'une bonne capacité rédactionnelle.Vous avez un bon sens du relationnel et appréciez le travail d'équipe
