L’Assistant·e Gestionnaire de Chantier joue un rôle clé dans le suivi administratif et opérationnel des chantiers. En véritable appui du chef de centre, il/elle contribue au pilotage de l’activité, à la fiabilité des données chantiers et à la coordination entre les différents interlocuteurs internes et externes. Le poste implique une forte dimension organisationnelle et transverse, au service de la performance et du bon déroulement des opérations.

MissionsSuivre et éditer les indicateurs chantiers hebdomadairesMettre à jour les informations chantiers (adresses, accès, données opérationnelles)Réaliser des extractions de données pour le support commercialCoordonner les échanges avec les bureaux de contrôle et bureaux d’étudesSuivre et enregistrer les rapports de réserves et rapports des bureaux de contrôle (ROC)Relancer les fournisseurs en cas de factures non conformesAssurer le lien avec MyHR pour le suivi des présences, absences et heures des techniciensAppuyer la saisie de l’activité des techniciens dans l’outil de suiviParticiper à la préparation des commissions SécuritéPrendre part aux réunions de serviceProfil recherchéFormation en assistanat (manager, direction), gestion ou comptabilitéExpérience non exigée / débutant acceptéMaîtrise de la suite Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)Aisance avec les outils de gestion et de reporting (Power BI, outils internes)Sens de l’organisation, rigueur et fiabilitéPolyvalence, adaptabilité et sens du serviceBon relationnel et capacité à dialoguer avec des interlocuteurs variésCapacité à synthétiser, planifier et prioriser
