Description Robert Half is hiring Appointment Setters/Sales Assistants for a leading client headquartered in Pittsburgh, PA for a remote opportunity. This is a full time position, possibility for contract to hire. They have a structured 60 day plan based off performance. Work schedule: Monday – Friday. Pay: $20, plus commission. Must have previous sales experience. 1st week of training is 9AM -1PM/2PM EASTERN. After training you can schedule your hours between 8:30am – 6:30pm. What You’ll Do: As an Appointment Setter, you’ll be the first point of contact between our clients and potential customers. You’ll play a key role in initiating long-term business relationships by: • Scheduling qualified appointments with C-level executives and high-level decision-makers across a variety of industries • Presenting client solutions in areas such as Employee Benefits, Property & Casualty, Executive Compensation, and IT • Representing our clients professionally, positioning their unique value with confidence • Using proprietary tools to manage lead information and follow-up communications • Meeting and exceeding appointment quotas while maintaining high-quality standards Requirements • Proven experience in customer service or call center environments, showcasing strong communication skills. • Ability to engage confidently with executives and high-level decision-makers. • Proficiency in data entry and maintaining accurate records. • Reliable transportation to ensure punctuality and attendance. • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. • Commitment to achieving and surpassing performance targets. • A team-oriented mindset with the ability to contribute positively to group dynamics. • Familiarity with appointment setting or sales assistance is a plus.
