BMW of Monterey is seeking an outgoing, customer-focused Appointment Scheduler to support our busy luxury Service Department. This is a fast-paced, phone-based role ideal for someone who enjoys delivering exceptional customer experiences while managing high call volume and scheduling service appointments efficiently.

Compensation & Schedule

Pay: $21.00 – $25.00 per hour (depending on experience)Schedule: Tuesday–Saturday (Sunday & Monday off)Service Department Hours:Monday–Friday: 7:30 AM – 5:30 PMSaturday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PMClosed Sundays

Qualifications

Bilingual in Spanish (required)Previous dealership or automotive experience preferredStrong customer service and communication skillsAbility to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environmentComfortable using computers, phone systems, and scheduling softwareEfficient typing and basic computer proficiency
