Now Hiring: Appointment Scheduler

We are a busy automotive service department seeking an outgoing and customer focused, call center representative! This is a fast paced position, primarily answering telephones and scheduling service appointments.

Pay: $19-24 per hour, depending on experience plus bonus opportunities

Schedule: This position will require open availability to work any day/shift including evening and weekends. Schedule will be discussed in interview.

Responsibilities:

Gather accurate customer information to create a database for continual follow-up and retentionBuild and maintain knowledge of product information, current sales pricing, and dealership and manufacturer events and promotions.Utilize computer & phone skills within our Internet department to increase appointments, sales and customer retention.Schedule solid appointments with customer call-ins, lists of sold and unsold floor traffic, previous customers, referrals, other generic leads and service and parts customers.

Qualifications:

Dealership knowledge, preferredGreat Customer Service SkillsAbility to present information in a clear and professional manner.Ability to manage one’s own time effectively.Ability to type efficiently.Basic & phone computer skills.

The hourly range for this position is $16.50 - 24.00. The actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location.
