Pay Rate: $18 to $20 (Depending on Experience) Schedule: M-F 8:30am to 4pm (No Weekends) What will you be doing? + Answering inbound phone calls, and tend to customer needs + Scheduling and setting appointments for Service + Reaching out to customers whose vehicles are due for service + Follow up via phone, email, and text + General administrative duties, as assigned + Maintain outstanding phone etiquette + Provide a best-in-class customer experience Who are we looking for? + Polished, professional, and customer-focused + Ambitious self-starter + Ability to present information in a clear and professional manner + Strong time management skills + Computer proficiency What do we offer?
