We are part of Web Experiences and Services Team (WEST) within the Office Online Product Group, focused on building AI Ops solutions for Online Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, and their shared services. Our mission is to leverage AI and ML to enhance live site management, automate incident resolution, accelerate root cause analysis and prevent incidents proactively. We are focussing on anomaly detection, predictive analytics, and error log analysis to enable more scalable and generalized solutions, driving reliability and efficiency across Office Online applications.

We are looking for an Applied Scientist II who is passionate about applying AI and ML to incident management and site reliability. You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team, collaborating with engineers, data scientists, and domain experts to develop state-of-the-art solutions that will transform how Office Online handles site reliability and incident prevention.
