Job Summary:
As an Applied AI Developer within our innovative team, you will design, develop, and deploy generative and agentic AI systems using Amazon Bedrock and the AWS ecosystem. This hands-on role involves orchestrating multi-step, autonomous AI agents to deliver business outcomes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into existing platforms.

Job Responsibilities:

Architect and develop end-to-end generative and agentic AI applications using Amazon Bedrock and various LLMs.Implement multi-step autonomous agents capable of reasoning, task decomposition, and tool use.Take ownership of AI projects from proof-of-concept through production deployment, ensuring scalability, security, and cost-efficiency.Conduct prompt engineering, iterative model refinement, and integrate techniques like Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) to enhance LLM accuracy.Collaborate with data scientists, product managers, and software engineers to define AI-driven workflows.Ensure security, compliance, and responsible AI practices using AWS services like Guardrails for Amazon Bedrock.Stay up-to-date with emerging research and technologies in generative AI and agentic systems.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

Proven experience designing, developing, and deploying generative AI solutions in an enterprise environment.;Hands-on experience with Amazon Bedrock and core AWS services like Lambda, S3, Step Functions, and API Gateway.Strong understanding of LLM concepts, prompt engineering, RAG, and fine-tuning techniques.Expertise in PythonExperience with agentic frameworks like LangChain or Amazon Bedrock Agents.Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.Strong communication skills to explain complex AI concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

Experience with agentic frameworks like LangChain or Amazon Bedrock Agents is highly desirable.Experience in React is an advantage.AWS Certified is an advantage
