Applications Sales Representative IV - Oracle Health

Oracle Health is seeking a dynamic Client Executive to join our CommunityWorks Business Development team, focused on driving net-new sales of Oracle’s electronic health record (EHR) and enterprise solutions into Critical Access Hospitals and rural community health systems. This role is responsible for the full sales lifecycle, from initial outreach through contract signature, leading with value, building trusted relationships, and positioning Oracle Health as a long-term strategic partner.

 

Key Responsibilities

Own a geographic sales territory focused on critical access and rural hospitals that align with the CommunityWorks model. Develop and manage a territory strategy to identify, qualify, and pursue new EHR enterprise opportunities. Build relationships with Hospital executives, clinical leaders, and operational stakeholders to understand their needs and align Oracle Health solutions. Lead cross-functional pursuit teams to coordinate demos, reference conversations, pricing strategy, and executive engagement. Manage the full sales cycle including forecasting, contracting, proposal development, and deal closure. Navigate long, complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders and a heavy emphasis on value, trust and alignment. Leverage internal subject matter experts, consultants, and marketing to drive pipeline and influence decision-making. Collaborate closely with implementation, finance, legal, and support teams to ensure seamless handoffs and client success post-sale. Represent the Oracle Health CommunityWorks brand at industry events, conferences, and regional association meetings.
