If you are interested in this position, please apply to this requisition. **Minimum Requirements:** + Currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Electrical and Computer Engineering, or a related field with a background in power electronics and DC-DC converter design + Cumulative GPA of 3.0/4.0 or higher + Strong understanding of analog power fundamentals and hardware debugging skills + Hands-on experience with switch-mode power supplies, including non-isolated and isolated DC-DC converters + Solid technical background with the ability to develop high-quality reference designs + Proven ability to collaborate across organizational boundaries; strong teamwork, interpersonal skills, accountability, and drive for success + Comfortable working with uncertainty and evolving requirements **Preferred Qualifications:** + Proficiency in C/C++ programming + Experience with flyback and active clamp forward converter design + Familiarity with Power over Ethernet (PoE) technology + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills + Excellent communication and presentation abilities + Strong time management and multitasking skills to meet customer commitments and project deadlines + Demonstrated ability to build influential relationships + Thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments + Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset + Ability to influence decisions through urgency and a competitive spirit **ECL/GTC Required:** Yes
