**Job Description:**
**Principal Accountabilities**
Partner Onboarding & Enablement:
+ Identify, evaluate, and onboard new partners in alignment with business strategy.
+ Facilitate partner setup across business, legal, and IT systems, ensuring compliance and readiness.
+ Provide orientation and enablement on product offerings, pricing models, and integration processes.
Relationship Management:
+ Act as the primary point of contact for all assigned partners.
+ Foster strong, long-term relationships with partner stakeholders and executive teams.
+ Conduct regular business reviews to track partner satisfaction, performance, and strategic alignment.
Business Growth & Revenue Enablement
+ Develop and execute joint business plans to achieve revenue, growth, and engagement targets.
+ Identify upselling, cross-selling, and co-marketing opportunities with partners.
+ Track and report on sales funnel, deal registration, and partner contribution metrics.
Integration & Operational Excellence
+ Coordinate with IT and business teams to support **B2B integrations (EDI, API, SOA, Azure)** with partners.
+ Ensure the stability and efficiency of transactional data flows (orders, invoices, shipments, etc.).
+ Troubleshoot integration issues and coordinate timely resolution with technical teams.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
+ Partner with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and Marketing teams to streamline partner operations.
+ Translate partner feedback into actionable insights for product and process improvement.
+ Support internal teams in executing partner programs, campaigns, and incentives.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
+ Analyze partner performance and KPIs to identify growth opportunities and risks.
+ Maintain accurate partner records, dashboards, and reports in CRM or ERP systems.
+ Present periodic updates to leadership on partner ecosystem performance.
Governance & Compliance
+ Ensure partner adherence to business policies, contractual obligations, and ethical standards.
+ Maintain confidentiality and compliance with data and system access guidelines.
+ Support audit and governance activities related to partner operations.
**Job Complexity:**
+ Requires strong relationship-building and negotiation skills to manage diverse global partners with varying business models and technical capabilities.
+ Involves balancing **strategic growth objectives** with **operational and technical execution** .
+ Demands cross-functional coordination between business, IT, and external stakeholders to ensure timely and quality partner deliverables.
+ Must handle complex **B2B integration environments** (e.g., Oracle ERP, SOA, Azure Logic Apps, EDI) while ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
+ Requires proactive issue resolution, data-driven decision-making, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
+ Exposure to global operations, multiple time zones, and dynamic partner ecosystems adds to the complexity of the role.
**Experience / Education**
Requires typically 12–18 years of progressively responsible experience in related domains, with a bachelor’s degree; or equivalent experience gained through advanced education and industry exposure.
