Short Description

We are excited to have an opportunity for a new team member at Cooper focused on all things Research within the Business Applications Team.  We have a team of talented, collaborative and supportive team members who support the patient experience here at Cooper University Hospital.   We are looking for a seasoned analyst who would be responsible for:

 

• Research Implementation and Maintenance: Configuring and customizing systems to meet the specific needs of the organization.
• Workflow Analysis: Understanding and optimizing healthcare workflows to ensure efficient use of the Epic Research and Clinical Trials Management System.
• Stakeholder Facilitation and Collaboration: Working closely with clinicians, administrators, and IT teams to gather requirements, educate on best practices, and design solutions.
• Patient Champion: Keeping the patient experience first and foremost in all that we do.
• Analyzes, diagnoses, and implements system and process changes. 

Acts as the application subject matter expert (SME) when assigned to project teams. Ensure system changes follow change management procedures and protocols. Works with cross functional teams and Cooper clients by providing education on system functionality, and configuration of new tools to increase end user productivity within the application.   Consistently meets project deadlines and goes the extra mile to ensure dates are met. 

Support 

Serves as a liaison between end users, subject matter experts and technical support Provides on-call support 24/7 Monitors queues, event logs and brokers and performs maintenance as required Monitors interfaces with external systems Creates ad hoc reports per user specifications QA/triage tickets 

 Testing 

Develops, plans and executes testing for supported applications  Creates and maintains test scripts in support of new installations, projects, and/or system updates.

Experience Required

3-5 years required. 

Education Requirements

High school/GED required. Bachelor's degree preferred. 

License/Certification Requirements

Healthcare experience in hospital, medical practice or health system preferred.
