Description The Application Analyst supports the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of software applications that enable the organization’s afterschool programs, administrative operations, and community engagement. This role bridges technology and mission, ensuring systems run smoothly and staff are empowered to serve children and families effectively. Key Responsibilities Application Support & Maintenance - Configure, test, and deploy program management, CRM, and scheduling applications. - Provide first-level support to staff for application-related issues, escalating complex problems as needed. - Maintain data integrity across systems, including participant records, attendance tracking, and reporting tools. - Document application procedures and create user-friendly guides for non-technical staff. - Support software updates, vendor troubleshooting, and system integrations. Collaboration & Business Process Improvement - Partner with program staff to understand workflows and recommend system improvements. - Assist in aligning applications with organizational goals for efficiency and compliance. - Provide staff training, mentoring, and coaching on technology applications. - Contribute to cross-departmental projects by supporting data reporting, grant reporting, and performance analysis. Systems & Data Oversight - Support integrations between donor management, volunteer scheduling, registration, and financial systems. - Participate in annual set-up of the program registration solution (currently Eleyo) in coordination with finance and customer service teams. - Conduct regular audits to ensure applications and data are accurate and compliant. - Generate scrubbed data reports on a defined cadence for various departments. Skills Application support, Troubleshooting, Technical support, mdm Additional Skills & Qualifications - Experience in a nonprofit or educational setting. - Exposure to reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, or advanced Excel). - Basic understanding of database concepts and system integrations.
