Join us. **Job Description** This position will be responsible for support, development and implementation of applications that support AECOM finance business users, particularly in the Source-to-Pay (S2P) functions. Coordinating with AECOM business stakeholders and 3rd party resources, this position serves as the primary contact point and liaison with business user communities. Work with global/regional executive teams and business stakeholders to establish priorities and requirements for those applications that support their functions. The ideal candidate will have a proven background supporting Coupa S2P in complex environments and a demonstrated ability to bridge functional and technical requirements. This role offers the opportunity to help define the future-state vision of Coupa within the organization, with growing aspirations for analytics, automation, and system expansion. _This position will offer flexibility for hybrid work schedules to include both in-office presence and telecommute/virtual work, to be based in either Dallas or Houston, TX._ + Serve as AECOM technology senior manager and SME for business users across financial enterprise applications – including Coupa Procurement Cloud and associated integrations + Provide day-to-day user support, resolve issues, and partner with Coupa support as needed for escalations, upgrades, and special projects + Manage internal and 3rd party resources to ensure assigned tasks are completed accurately and on time + Interpret business requirements and deliver creative, scalable Coupa-based solutions that align with platform capabilities and strategic goals + Partner with application business owners and stakeholders across Finance, IT, and Operations to align technology with business objectives, recommend improvements, and ensure enterprise adoption + Identify opportunities to expand and optimize Coupa usage across business units; champion adoption, lead onboarding, and help build a roadmap for system growth + Develop reports and dashboards that provide insight into procurement activity, compliance, and system performance + Timely escalation of issues and measure against SLAs + Ensure that the team maintains clear communication with all channel partners, and that all due dates and commitments for project proposals and documentation are satisfied + Coordinate appropriate user training and development of associated supplemental materials, presentations and documentation + Drive continuous improvement, monitor performance metrics, and ensure platform stability and efficiency. Establish best practices for development, testing, deployment, and service management. **Qualifications** **Minimum Requirements:** + Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management Information Systems, Accounting, Computer Science or IT related fields plus at least 10 years of experience supporting procurement or accounts payable systems, including at least 5 years of direct experience with Coupa S2P in a large scale, global enterprise, or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education + At least 2 years of leadership experience + Experience with Coupa implementations and enhancements across multiple modules + Strong understanding of Coupa platform capabilities and constraints, with the ability to guide solution design and challenge assumptions from technical teams + Demonstrated ability to analyze requirements, assess feasibility within Coupa, and identify alternate, more efficient solution paths + Proficient in reporting and data analysis within Coupa; capable of working with queries, dashboards, and ad-hoc reporting + Skilled in troubleshooting issues and discerning between system limitations vs. vendor capability gaps + An excellent project manager with sound technical skills, advanced analytical ability, good judgment, and strong business focus + Strong experience in system development methodology (Waterfall, Agile) and ability to bridge different methodologies as the project requires + Highly analytical and self-motivating individual with ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and manage changing priorities + Be able to deal with ambiguity and make quality decisions in a dynamic, fast-paced environment + Ability to articulate ideas to both technical and non-technical addresses + Able to quickly learn new technologies as they become prevalent and widely implemented including decision making, time management, and task prioritization **Preferred Qualifications** + Experience with Oracle EBS + Strong communication and presentation skills + Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills; ability to communicate and persuade at all management levels and thrive in a cross-functional matrix environment + Experience working within a similar industry / professional services firm + Experience with ServiceNow for ticketing and product support **Additional Information** + This position does not offer sponsorship for US work authorization, now or in the future + Relocation assistance is not available for this position.
