About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Application Support Specialist to join our Digital Workplace Services Team. You will be responsible for supporting Microsoft 365 applications, with a focus on SharePoint and Exchange, ensuring seamless operations and excellent user experience in a multilingual environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide 2nd and 3rd level support for Microsoft 365 applications, including SharePoint (on-prem/online) and Exchange.
Manage incidents, service requests, and perform root cause analysis to ensure high service availability.
Execute complex changes and proactive maintenance tasks in SharePoint and Exchange environments.
Support Kiosk PC environments and user access to platforms like Workday.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and implement improvements.
Maintain documentation and operational records in ITSM systems and SharePoint repositories.

Who You Are
You’re good at what you do and possess the required experience to prove it. However, equally as important – you have a growth mindset; keen to drive your own personal and professional development. Required Skills:
Proven experience in application support for Microsoft 365, SharePoint and Exchange,
Strong understanding of ITSM processes and tools (e.g., SCSM, IT4U),
Familiarity with Ivanti DSM, MS Intune, and PowerShell is a plus,
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently,
Fluent in German (minimum B2 level) for user interaction and ticket resolution,
Proficient in English for internal communication and documentation.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in enterprise-scale digital workplace environments,
Knowledge of compliance and security requirements in regulated industries,
Ability to work in multicultural, distributed teams across Europe.
