Circle K Business Center Poland is looking for a new team player, who would like to join our team as:

Application Support Engineer will mainly focus and act as IT Systems engineer for existing as well as future applications, securing their availability to meet increasing requirements from business and market perspective. Will be part of the IT Applications & Operations Support team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Quality Assurance in production environment both classical data center and cloud environment.

Conduct maintenance server/services restarts in compliance with established change processes.

Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, including bug fixing ( SOA / Kubernetes )

Troubleshoot and resolving incidents (2nd line) including on call support for critical incidents.

Conducting root cause analysis and problem management.

Taking care of IT relevant support processes and documentation.

Contribution in IT security design of applications and their ecosystems.

Taking over new applications from projects and bringing them into operations.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

University degree or equivalent working experience

Being familiar with ITIL / Agile fundations

Windows Server – 2008/2012R2 – administration and configuration

IIS – administration and configuration

Networks – troubleshooting, basic knowledge of protocols, firewalls, routing, loadbalancing

Linux basics

MS SQL basics

NICE TO HAVE

Cloud environmnets e.g. AWS

Middleware e.g. Kubernetes

Familiarity with Oracle SOA and Oracle SQL

Scripting knowledge (bash, PowerShell)
