Application Support Analyst - Spectrum Reach

Responsible for maintaining applications, supporting and training users for system(s) and applications usage. Responsible for complex troubleshooting and resolution of critical enterprise systems. Utilizing Tier 1-3 resolution practices, works with users across the business to resolve system issues. Assists the business with identifying system enhancement opportunities and related impacts, and performs release management on these enhancements


Actively and consistently supports all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experienceDevises or modifies procedures to solve complex problems considering capacity and limitations, operating time, and form of desired resultsResponsible for ensuring the performance and reliability of applicationsPerforms troubleshooting for hardware, software and system problemsParticipates in projects to implement or enhance systems and applicationsAssists in defining user requirements, coordinating system-wide updates and installing upgrades and patchesMaintains application securityMonitors and maintains performance metrics for system features; recommends and takes corrective/preventive actionsPerforms configuration, change management and testing activities as requiredConsults users on technology changes that will impact work processes
Demonstrated verbal and written communication skillsProcess driven and has eye for detailDemonstrated understanding of application securityDemonstrated analytical skillsAbility to multi-task and remain productive in a results-driven service oriented environmentExperience supporting internal applications like Sales Force, XG, Pilot AOS.Ability to troubleshoot IT Software and Hardware

BA/BS in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field or equivalent work experience
