Your task and responsibilities:
You will be responsible to provide reactive technical support both on-site and online to customers to ensure instrumentation up time and customer satisfaction by troubleshooting and resolving applications related problems. You will escalate unresolved issues and monitor to completion You will provide comprehensive training to customers tailored to their learning needs You will provide application related support to new installation projects and also to existing customers You will configure instruments and related reagents, perform Method Verification, optimization and workflow studies You will work collaboratively with Sales, Marketing and Engineering to achieve installations to agreed timelines and quality including performing relevant instrument, software and assay updates and upgrades.

Your qualifications and experiences:
You hold a successfully completed Degree in Biochemistry, Biomedical Science or an equivalent in a relevant life science subject You have at least 3 years of work experience as an Application Specialist or in a clinical laboratory Experience and knowledge in method verification studies will be an added advantage
Your personality and skills:
You possess strong analytics and technical troubleshooting skills You are a team player with the ability to work independently You are proficient in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Melayu IT knowledge or experience is preferred Knowledge on Quality Control Based in Johor Bahru but must be willing to relocate as required by business needs This role requires a flexible approach to working hours and travelling
