				Job Description
  
This is a fully remote position, and will be working Monday – Friday, 8-5pm Hawaii timezone. Therefore need to be located in Hawaii. They need to have highspeed internet and equipment since this will be a remote position.
  
They will be responsible for reviewing applications in a timely manner and entering data into a system. They need to have experience with call center software and will be using it daily. Responsible for answering calls and escalating calls. Responsible for reviewing applications and ensuring that they are completed correctly, and if not walking through the correct application process. Training will be provided on the correct way to apply and what to look for when reviewing.
  
This requires great attention to detail, experience working in a fast paced environment, and reliability.

Skills and Requirements
  
• Must live and work Hawaiian time zone
  
• Experience using phone support/call center software (five9, zendesk, etc)
  
• 3+ years Data Entry experience or Call Center Experience  (multitasking - taking information over the phone and entering into a system)
  
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or Highschool diploma + 3 year’s relevant work experience
  
• Experience with reviewing documents/ applications/ eligibility information/claims
  
• Excel experience
  
• Active listening skills and great communication
  
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
  
• Reliable
