Key Responsibilities
Provide equipment setup, training, and consulting to hospital clients using the company’s diagnostic imaging systems.
1. You will support and educate customers to ensure optimal use of appropriate software applications and solutions.
2. You will serve as an interface between customers and application providers to resolve issues and enhance applications with new features.
3. You will provide comprehensive training tailored to customer expectations and needs by consulting on optimal clinical workflows.
Minimum Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree or higher.
2. Intermediate or higher level of English proficiency.
3. Proficient in MS Office suite.
Preferred Qualifications
1. Degree in radiologic imaging or related fields.
2. Experience in customer service and/or clinical research.
3. Experience with MR equipment.
4. 0-1 year experience.
Employment Conditions
• Position Type: 3-month internship (with potential conversion to regular employment based on performance evaluation).
• Experience Level: Entry-level (0-1 year experience).
• Location: Siemens Healthineers Korea HQ (Gangnam Station, Seoul).
• Compensation: According to company policy.
