**ADP is hiring an Application Security Architect** **Position Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Application Security Architect to join our team. You will join the Product Security team within ADP’s Global Security Organization (GSO) that has a key role to drive the business forward with strategic capabilities to enable secure development and support of products, solutions, and services for use across the ADP ecosystem. Like what you see? **Apply now!** **Learn more about ADP at tech.adp.com/careers** **Key Responsibilities:** + Collaborate with product teams in a multi-country environment to design and implement secure application architectures. + Influence security champions, engineers, and other technologists to adopt secure functionality and strengthen security maturity. + Utilize Threat Modeling tools to guide teams in creating architecture diagrams and identifying potential threats and countermeasures. + Define secure architecture design patterns and application security best practices. + Educate product teams on integrating security capabilities throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). + Assist in securely integrating third-party solutions into our existing systems. + Stay updated on the latest security trends, threats, and technologies to continuously improve our security posture. + Conduct security assessments and provide recommendations for remediation. **To Succeed in This Role-** + You'll have a bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Security, or equivalent. **Preferred Qualifications-** + You have 10+ years of experience in relevant skills gained and developed in the same or similar role. + Proven experience in Application Security Architecture and public cloud architecture (AWS, Azure). An AWS Architecture Certification is a plus. + Expertise in GenAI security and its implications for application security. + Strong knowledge of security frameworks, standards, and best practices. + Experience with Threat Modeling tools like IriusRisk. + Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to explain complex security concepts to non-technical stakeholders. + Relevant security certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CEH) are a plus.
