**Requirements:**
+ IT Applications Administrator for Client invoicing platforms (ex - Varian)
+ Must be a Graduate. BTech/BE or any other technical degree preferred
+ Good communication, comprehension and writing skills
+ Minimum relevant experience of 3-4yrs in app administration and/or business analyst role
+ Should be willing to work in US shifts.
**Job Description:**
+ Serves as a subject matter expert for applications assigned.
+ Performs incident resolution, problem determination, and root cause analysis for applications.
+ Plans, executes, and manages the integration of new or enhanced end user applications.
+ Build relationships with 3rd party s/w developers and in-house dev teams to understand application architecture, functionality and issues in program logic.
+ Ensures testing activities allow applications to meet business / end-user requirements and identify and resolve system issues.
+ Communicates application problems, test progress, test results, etc. to key stakeholders, including management, dev teams, end users, and business unit.
+ Collaborates with business analysts, developers, and system owners in the testing of new software programs.
+ Evaluate, plan, design and deploy testing plans for new applications, products, and/or enhancements to existing applications throughout their development/product lifecycles to identify appropriate solutions and/or discover and resolve defects, configuration issues, and interoperability flaws.
+ Analyzes documentation and technical specifications of any new application under deployment or consideration to determine its intended function, and if it supports the organization’s business objectives.
+ Participates in projects related to supported applications.
+ Document and work with Training department to educate end-users on new features available in the applications.
+ Records, tracks, and documents problem-solving process through the final resolution.
+ Evaluate, plan, design and deploy testing plans for new applications, products, and/or enhancements to existing applications throughout their development/product lifecycles to identify appropriate solutions and/or discover and resolve defects, configuration issues, and interoperability flaws.
+ Records, tracks, and documents problem-solving process, including successful / unsuccessful decisions, and actions taken, through the final decision.
+ Analyzes documentation and technical specifications of any new application under deployment or consideration to determine its intended function, and if it supports the organization’s business objectives.
