Accept requests for new applications and challenge requirements where necessaryMonitor, maintain and upgrade applications on the serversCreate reports on License usage based on logs generated by Application setupConfigure and support 3-tier architecture-based applicationsMaintain and improve relevant processesContribute towards knowledge building within the teamLiaise with other teams to achieve solutions in a quick and efficient wayAbout you

Application Lifecycle and Patching: Technical Skills:

Excellent knowledge of Windows Server 2016/2019Excellent knowledge of SCOM – System Center Operations ManagerExcellent knowledge of software metering, rules, queries, reporting etcAbility to use PowerShell scripting for automationExperience working on SQL servers with advanced queryingKnowledge of application logs and crash log analysisAbility to independently diagnose, troubleshoot, debug and resolve application issuesUnderstanding of enterprise-level Application Licensing methodologies (FlexLM, DSLS, LMX, CodeMeter etc.)Experience configuring licensing firewall settingsLiaise with other teams to achieve solutions and resolve issuesExpertise in resolving application network licensing and standalone license configurationsWork to agreed SLAs using a call management system, including OLAs for packagingWorking knowledge of web servers like IIS, Apache, TomcatData analytics using PowerBIHTML, JavaScript, CSSPrepare documentation such as known errors, solutions, major incident reports
