**A DAY IN THE LIFE...**
**Product and Packaging Development:**
+ Responsible for the development of the new products for Rayong factory. Develop the new die plate, new packaging material/specification, etc according to the project objectives described in NPDI brief.
+ Deliver the development results as per agreed the project timeline which established together with concern departments e.g. generating demand, purchasing etc.
+ Responsible for existing product improvement, alternative packaging material driven by cost efficiency, consumer requirement etc.
+ Conduct the industrial trial for the new products, new die plate, new/alternative packaging materials/specifications to ensure the feasibility of the process.
+ Arrange products sample to NPP AOA Zone TAG and regional laboratory for biannual testing, palatability testing, digestibility testing and approval.
+ Establish the new technical specification for the new products, new packaging materials/specifications.
**Packing and Process Improvement:**
+ Responsible for packaging and process improvement driven by cost efficiency, consumer requirement etc., coordinate with the concern department e.g. engineer, PTC and NPP AOA Z TAG Process Engineering /Packaging etc. For this development.
+ Establish the process condition according to the guideline/ best practice recommended from PTC, NPP AOA Z TAG /Engineering and equipment supplier.
+ Co-ordinate with NPP AOA Z TAG Process Engineering and Packaging Specialist for the best practice audit and follow up corrective actions
+ Monitor the current process specifications/conditions and updated once any change, in order to deliver the products within agreed specification.
**Continuous Improvement:**
+ Active involvement in reviewing & analyzing the performance of current/new products or process, & then activity seeking solutions to optimize/improve these current/new products or processes.
+ As the Globe user/superuser, to support the implementation of the best practice to the factory.
**ARE YOU A FIT?**
+ Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Food Science and Technology, Food Engineering and other related field.
+ GMP, HACCP, ISO 9001, Food Safety Management Systems.
+ Good command of English with computer proficiency.
+ Knowledge of SAP system is preferable.
