As a Technical Support Engineer - Tubular Running Services, you will work seamlessly together with the Service Delivery Coordinators and other resources across organizational boundaries to ensure all aspects and constraints of the application are understood and have been considered

As a Technical Support Engineer - Tubular Running Services, you could be responsible for:

Ensure compliance with Manage the Job Cycle (MtJC) processTo be subject Matter Expert for Tubular Running ServicesSupport the field technically through different media (online, phone calls and technical proposal/program)24/7 Support for Critical Operations in the field when neededShare the knowledge across the organization by submitting best practices, case histories & lessons learned to the knowledge management databaseFollow up on field failures that requires Technology involvement and ensure that the learning is shared across the fieldRaise an alert across the Service Delivery organization whenever an unfamiliar technical issue arises on a jobCoach other technical resources in their area of expertiseCommunicate to Engineering and Technology organization on issues and lessons learned related to different technologiesPL specific responsibilitiesHandles special projects as required

Bachelor’s degree in science, technology, engineering or mathematicsDisplays initiative, is self-driven & flexibleStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to develop and mentor othersAvailability on call outside of normal business hoursGood communication skills

Thorough understanding of PL technology and Service Delivery requirementsSignificant operational experienceEnd to End knowledge of the drilling and completion process is an advantageAbility to learn and use various computer tools to prepare data and visualizations for analysisAbility to work independently Must be able to effectively communicate in English
